This for the dieters. We are here to count calories, eat better, exercise more and get the bodies we want! the calorie counter on about.com is good, i suggest we all get the toolbar and start there, tracking everything we ingest. we are here to support and motive each other to our goals! lets first start by stating what our goals are. everyone is welcome to participate  :)

Ok my goal is to to be 130-140 by the end of 2009.

orite then! let me see... i'm now 178 and have been asked to reach 132... sounds kinda tough... okay i'll join Nikki on the 130-140 by end of 09 & will post my first day count tomorrow eve.

Ellos, sooo I want to be 143 till June 22nd, 125 till the end of summer and possibly (if im not happy at 125)  115 till the end of 09.
But then again today went really shit so we'll see if I can do the first goal. *grr nutella*

STATUS UPDATE;

My experiments have yielded poor if not appalling results. The device remains inactive, and there's no telling of how long it could take for me to discover the key to it. Unfortunately I may not have much time, there is word of a second Gramtalpeon Star Fleet not 300 MentrelMiles away. If the secret of this ancient device does not soon make itself apparent to me, then I fear I may already be too late!

ok i lost one and half pounds without trying so yay, and its a big american holiday this weekend were i plan to walk alot, eat alot and drink twice as much as walking or eating, ,hahaha, party time which i need because ive had a bad week, ive been stuck in my brain thinking way to much and im depressed :/

so imma take a break til monday and come back strong then with exercise. thats my plan.

hope u enjoyed the well deserved holiday nikki, today is monday i guess so gl...

i've lost 1kg without trying too, and it happened within one night but i managed no to gain it back since last monday so ya i'm going by the plan i guess... i luv swimming it's bringing me back to life, the boobie stretch marks are almost invisible now... right now i care less about the weight cuz i feel my whole health graph is going up with the swimming and all, but i guess i should just respect the long neglected doctors orders to lose weight so gawd'll help me...

I've stayed the same weight for ages

So I'm just going to eat what I want now =p

Glad that people have lost weight though =)
